Because we focus on quality animals and not quantity,  we do not overbook clients.  We will serve our clients on a first come first serve basis.   If you want to book with the Best Outfitter, Book your hunt Early!! 

A hunt is booked when we have made an agreement and we have received your deposit.  A deposit is 50% of the total hunt cost.  The balance of your payment is due 10 days prior to your arrival to hunt.    If you have booked a hunt and need to cancel your hunt we can only return 100% of your deposit if we book another client for your slot.  We will try to be as fair as we can, but your deposit pays for our land use permits, insurance fees, cooks and guides, horses, dogs, and many days of scouting on your behalf.  If you wait until the last minuet then cancel a hunt it affects not only our bottom line but the quality of hunts provided for all our clients.
